    Pros +

    • The location is very convenient, and the check-in/check-out process is very easy.
    • This hotel does not have any dinning options on site, however it does have a lobby and an area with chars and tables we were able to use for bringing food in. They had a luggage storage area which we really appreciated and got good use out of. they have an amenity stand with essentials. The whole facility was very well maintained and clean. The hotel is located near Dotonbori but far enough for a peaceful stay.
    • Free coffee, Pyjamas, nice staff, all was very clean. Location was great also.

    Cons -

    • The walls in the room weren't very clean; there were a lot of scuffs and scrapes on it. Everything else in the room was pretty clean, though.
    • I am not sure what could have been improved, The only downside was not having a metro access closer to this hotel. But It wasn't bad. There was access to multiple metro lines all between a 5-10 minute walk.
    • The only problem we had was the toilet area, it kind of smelled like sewer after a few hours of not using. It wasn’t too bothersome but is important to take note of and I hope they can fix this issue.

The room had a nice ambience and was pretty spacious. It’s also only a few minute walk to dotonbori and shopping streets. I also like how the sink area had a lot of space to put your things on. There were also free amenities like towels, toothbrushes, razors, tea, etc. in the lobby which you can take for free. Overall, we had a very nice stay here :)

    The bed was very comfortable

That part of town was pretty dirty and there was construction all around.

    location

ridiculously overpriced, poorly noise insulated, shoebox sized rooms. definitely won't return.

Great location, the staff was very helpful and guided us through the check-in process in a very friendly and professional manner! Very good value for money. Recommended for a stay in Sotonbori, mostly for solo travellers or group of friends.

Super handy for three main stations to get anywhere, and so close to main districts of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

I am old and old fashioned so the new cardless technology is great but I had to use the photo of my room and building codes every time I entered the room ?

    Great location, comfortable bed.

Upon arrival I had to check in on a tablet and scan a QR code in order to pay, I couldn't pay with a card at the reception desk. The room could have been cleaner.

The location was excellent. The room did its job.

The overall mood of the hotel was a bit drab, which I didn't like. Bed could've been better. Small things here and there are missing. Could've been a bit cleaner.

Comfortable room. Nice airconditioning on a hot weather. Good location. 10 mins walk to dotonbori

Fabulous location - easy walk to the highlights of Osaka and transport. Comfy beds. Great staff.

Everything was clean. And it was central. but still a walk away from any metro.

The hotel was very poorly sound proofed. I could literally hear conversations on the hallway. I ended up putting a towel under the door gap to dampen the sounds. The toilet was tiny and in general everything was just very noisy. There was no bedside table, and hardly any hooks to put up clothes. The slippers provided seemed old.

    5AlinPosted on: 4-17-2025

The rooms were very small and there wasn’t much to the hotel. The reception was ok as well… again, nothing significant. The location was good tho.

    7ShelleePosted on: 4-14-2025

Good location, reasonable size room for 4 people & a door we could open to the balcony for some fresh air (note balcony was closed in with 6 A/C units on it so not usable, but the fresh air was nice).

Storage. I get small hotel rooms in Japan is a thing, but small can mean very functional. There was nowhere to hang wet towels (& with 4 it’s a nightmare!). There was also a decent wardrobe sized cupboard with a small fridge inside & nothing else! The bottom of the cupboard was great to store 2 cases, but the top would have been great with at least one shelf across the top to put clothes on (as we had 5 coat hangers for 4 of us). Same around the sink area. Plenty of space around the narrow mirror, but nowhere to store toiletries for 4 people. Also whilst the sensor tap saves water, it’s a pain when brushing your teeth. The carpets had a lot of stains on them. Some noise from the road below (mostly loud people going past). The hotel must have had a bar there too which would have been nice. We went into another Kabin hotel in Kyoto for a drink, but this hotel didn’t now use that area & it was completely empty.

The hotel was pretty basic but it was great value. It was in a good location. Very close to some busy areas. The staff were very helpful too.

    The windows were very small.

A great location in Shinsaibashi and a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. Both areas have an abundance of food outlets, shopping and a vibrant day and night scene.

    Convenient

I can smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and enters into ours due to the space from below the door.. i’ve experience it for three days till they checked out. It very all it was a nice room for couples, small yet clean..
